1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yossr ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this App's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Yossr provides an English language learning platform through mobile applications that includes:

• Interactive word games and vocabulary building exercises
• Grammar lessons and exercises
• Flashcard system for vocabulary retention
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Community features and social learning elements

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Yossr may offer both free and premium subscription services. For premium services:

• Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies
• Use the App if you are not able to form legally binding contracts or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our services
• Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other users' listings
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Yossr or the interests or property of Yossr users

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yossr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the App, or delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account through the App settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yossr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
